Digital Marketing Executive – Community Creations (SpunOut.ie & 50808)

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
The Digital Marketing Executive’s duties and responsibilities include:
Social Media Campaigns:
Work with members of the Digital Team to design and implement social media campaigns for the YIChat service that are relevant and engaging
Bring your own ideas and creativity to our campaigns and messaging
Draft and overseeing A/B testing within our social media campaigns
Report to the Head of Digital on the effectiveness of our social campaigns

Search Engine Optimisation:
Work with members of the Digital and Content Teams to optimise for search and ensure that young people can find information and support where they are searching for it
Ensure that our articles are optimised to generate conversations for the YIChat service
Use insights generated from our Google Search Console and other data sources to feed back information to the YIChat Team around issues that are relevant to young people at that time
Paid Search Ads:

Manage our Google Ads Grant account
Work with members of the Digital and Content Teams to build new targeted ad campaigns
Update our Google Ads campaigns to offer the YIChat service to young people
Utilise retargeting to promote the YIChat to our website users
YIChat:
Assist in managing our online chat platform
Assist in the integration of WhatsApp Business with our online chat platform

Requirements
Skills and Attributes:
Qualifications and Experience:
A qualification in digital marketing or relevant experience
Two years of relevant experience in digital marketing
Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns
Proven experience in Search Engine Optimisation
Proven experience in managing social media ad campaigns – Snapchat and TikTok are pluses
Graphic design experience is a plus, but not essential

Demonstrate strong soft skills including; empathy, good listening skills, and adaptability
Be passionate about providing support to young people in Ireland
Be a self-starter with; strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to prioritise and balance conflicting demands
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
