Social Media Graduate required. Summary: Social Media Graduate required for helpdesk in Drogheda Shopping Centre – Permanent role – Salary DOE. This role is a perfect opportunity for candidates with a social media background to highlight our client, a shopping center in Drogheda. Working as part of the helpdesk team you will perform general customer service duties and highlight upcoming events in the center on social media. Key duties: Highlight and share upcoming events across social media. Engage and answer queries from the public across social media streams. Help the public resolve queries on a day-to-day basis as part of the center help desk. Required: Experience: Experience with all levels of social media. Excellent customer service skills. Flexibility. Salary: Dependant on experience and will be discussed at interview.
