Business / Enterprise Manager – Our Lady’s Hospice & Care Services Education & Research Centre – Dublin

Our Lady’s Hospice & Care Services provides specialist services in Palliative Care, Gerontology and Rheumatology. The Education & Research Centre ensures that the organisation is recognised locally, nationally and internationally for innovation and quality in education and research and for the learning environment we provide for our 600 staff and 300 volunteers.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the position of:

    Business / Enterprise Manager   Full time Permanent Position

Salary €47,015 – €61,417

This new position will report directly to the Director of Education, Research and Training. The role is based in a busy department and will coordinate and drive activities and initiatives to enhance systems and structures and deliver targets in line with strategic objectives to ensure the reputation and financial viability of the centre.

Essential

Degree in business, management, marketing or other relevant professional qualification.
Minimum of 3 years in a management / leadership role.
Business development experience.
Experience in marketing, managing staff and budgets.

Desirable

Post graduate qualification in a relevant field.
Experience in design & digital marketing.
Experience in an education, training or research environment.
Project management experience.
