Operations Coordinator – Madarin / Chinese Language – Websense – Dublin 4

Description

The Channel Operations Coordinator works closely with Channel sales team, channel partners, pricing desk and other stakeholders in channel, sales and IT organizations. This role will be located in Dublin, Ireland and reports to the Manager of Channel Operations. The primary responsibility of this position is providing inside administrative support for our channel partners globally and assisting internal Websense team with partner-related inquiries and requests.

Skills Requirements

Education and Experience: – Must speak Mandarin or Chinese – Third Level Degree required / In Legal advantangeous – High School diploma or equivalent experience – Minimum of 3 years customer service, administrative or related experience – Experience with a CRM tool – Thorough knowledge of MS Outlook, Windows, Word, PowerPoint and Excel is required If you are successful you will be requested to take an aptitude test and partake in personality profile assessment
