Overall Purpose of Job: Coordinates the training strategy for the company. Contributes to the development and design of general and specific business unit training programs. Researches and recommends training programs. Conducts training needs assessments to identify and analyse performance gaps. Health & Safety responsibilities will also be brought under this remit. Management duties managing team of trainers and specialised unit trainers/coaches. Contributes to the development and design of general and specific business unit training programs that focus processes, procedures, and systems. Researches and recommends training programs to ensure timely, relevant, and cost effective training in accordance with program objectives. Skills Requirements

Bachelor s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Training & Development or related field is required. Knowledge of training and development practices and methods. Management experience. Presentation and meeting management skills. Skill and ability to facilitate and conduct instructor-led and/or virtual training. Professional written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills. Skilled in Microsoft Office products, Outlook and IT systems in general. Professional w
