Located in the OVH offices in Dublin, your task as Technical Support Advocate is to advise and assist our customers via e-mail and telephone regarding our products and services. In addition, you may be involved in commercial activities in order to develop existing customers. You are used to answering technical and commercial questions which helps optimise the quality of OVH s customer service. Answering inbound calls and e-mails from our customers and helping them with our products and services. Diagnose and fix general and specific problem.

Skills Requirements

Good technical knowledge in IT and new technologies (ideally in websites and hosting, ftp, ssh and DNS). Knowledge of GNU/Linux environment. HTML language, Emails. Excellent knowledge of English language on both verbal and written level. Exceptional communication and relationship building skills. Self-motivated, outgoing and the drive to smash your targets. Relevant experience in IT and technical products. Relevant degree in IT (or equivalent).
