Fast paced Restaurant in Maynooth, Co. Kildare is seeking an experienced Chef De Partie. Duties to include working as part of a team under the Head and Sous Chef(s). Have input on menu creation and food presentation. Experience with grills an advantage. Should have a good knowledge and experience in quality restaurants, 3-4 years experience in a similar role. Have a flair and passion, which will be reflected in your cooking. Have previous experience in a busy fast paced restaurant. Have to ability to cope well under pressure. Is well organised and self motivated. Is customer focused, has a welcoming personality and possess good communication and organisational skills. Have an ability to work in a team and help out in other sections on your own initiative. Have an ability to ensure the smooth running of food service with other restaurant personnel. Is proficient in HACCP regulations and has minimum Health and Safety Training Certificate.

Skills Requirements
Ablity to receive goods from suppliers, when required and to ensure products conform with HACCP specifications. Ensure all goods are stored correctly and hygienically in accordance with HACCP specifications. Ensure correct rotation of stock as per HACCP requirements. Adhere to cleaning schedules set out for the kitchen.

Salary: €11.50ph – €12.50ph
