We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Duty Manager to join the management team here at The Malton Hotel, Killarney. The successful candidate will: Have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Duty Manager ideally at 4* level. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Have fluent English, both verbal and written. Be standards driven, a team player, flexible. Have strong Food and Beverage experience. Be enthusiastic, motivated and hardworking. Be focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service. Be well presented and maintain a professional image at all times. Have financial awareness regarding labour costing.

Skills Requirements

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Dealing with guest queries/complaints. Providing consistent management presence throughout the hotel during key times. Providing assistance to all departments during busy periods. Assisting with weekly labour costs, ensuring they are in line with business levels. The completion of departmental rosters as well as inputting employees hours for. Managing staff and delegating duties. Compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
