Renowned for their attention to detail this hotel has a solid reputation of offering excellent quality food for all occasions from informal dining to weddings ensuring patrons return time and time again to enjoy the fine lovingly prepared fresh dishes. This fine establishment is now in a position to appoint a passionate and talented Sous Chef to help oversee and drive the kitchen. The Sous Chef will be responsible (along with the Head Chef) for running all aspects of the busy kitchens within this hotel, a genuine interest in and flair for preparing excellent home-grown food is essential. A thorough knowledge of HACCP. Experience in budgeting and cost control.

Skills Requirements
The successful applicant will demonstrate: A genuine passion and enthusiasm for delivering innovative and tasty food. First class communication skills. Experience in menu planning and delivery. A flair for cooking and overseeing others in the kitchen to deliver results. Previous experience at a similar level gained within a quality hotel environment.
