Kent Carty Solicitors are seeking to recruit a Litigation Legal Executive to join their team. The applicant must have 2+ years’ experience in litigation to provide a comprehensive legal and administrative support function to the litigation department.
Formatting briefs, pleadings and other legal documents;
In-depth knowledge of courts practice and procedures;
Ability to deal with confidential information, excellent communication /organisational skills;
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure;
Dealing with phone calls in a prompt and efficient manner;
Corresponding with clients;
Arranging meetings as and when necessary;
Maintaining solicitor’s diary and follow up system;
Ability to work on own initiative;
PC skills including: Word, Outlook, Excel, case management;
Billing, cheque requisitioning, recording time etc.;
Excellent audio typing skills.
