Early Childhood Ireland has a Membership & Operations Team who focus on the needs of our members. We are committed to continually improving our service to members and this post is important in terms of that process. We would like to recruit a full time Administrator to work with this team on a number of key areas including Garda Vetting, our On Line Shop and Events. Full training in the relevant systems will be provided.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Reviewing and processing Garda Vetting Applications
Supporting member services on Garda Vetting in relation to issues arising.
Updating the CRM
Producing monthly and quarterly statistics
Working on Garda Vetting and membership campaigns
Responding to member queries, emails and calls as they arise.
Third level qualification.
Strong Administrative skills
Minimum 2 years work experience.
Excellent key board skills.
Effective time management.
Good Communication skills (verbal and written) and a full appreciation of the need for strict confidentiality.
Clear understanding of what good customer service looks like
Experience of working with Microsoft Suite – Office 365
Excellent Reporting Skills
Able to work to deadlines
Excellent I.T. skills including knowledge /experience of hardware &software, operating systems and networks.
Garda Vetting is a requirement for this position.
Dublin based in Tallaght
Salary Range: €22K – 27K PA
