Description

Ability to assist in the smooth running of a busy Brokerage. Formal/Informal Training will be provided. Duties will include: Liaising with Clients, interacting with Supply Companies, Managing Client Database, Processing Online Client Applications, Maintain File and Client records in a compliant manner. Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls. Provide Administrative Support to the Advisory Team.

Skills Requirements

Excellent communication skills. Well organised. Good with people. The capacity to work on own initiative. Excellent literacy, numeracy and IT skills. An ability to manage multiple tasks and on occasions complex situations.
