Administrator, Strategic Initiatives – Léargas

Roles and Responsibilities
Support the implementation of EPALE through assisting in the logistics, organisation, set up/breakdown and administration of promotion, training and other events
Maintain a directory of stakeholders comprising policymakers, practitioners, authorities and trainers; update and maintain contact lists.
Liaise with stakeholders, including organising meetings and taking minutes.
Administer financial payments and other financial records.
Record expenditure on the grant agreement and maintain files in relation to this expenditure.
Identify new members of the site, liaise with them on key features and functionality. Help members of the site with uploading documents and articles in the absence of the EPALE Executive. Assist in content creation for the platform.
Set up and maintenance of internal filing, and recording systems to include purchasing of stationery and carry out other general clerical duties such as filing, record management and responding to emails.

Person Specification
Relevant work experience in an office/team environment.
Experience of dealing with clients/customers in a busy services environment.
Experienced in using a wide range of IT tools; must have a good working knowledge of basic computer packages, additional experience/training on social media/blogging etc. would be an advantage.
Experience in online communities or e-learning would be of benefit.
Strong proof reading abilities.
Experience of working in an international context.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task is required.
Strong organisational and planning skills.

Good interpersonal skills.
Adaptable, flexible and hard working.
