You will be expected to support the Assisted Living Service ensuring that the service users receive a person centered service. You will assist and support the Coordinators with managing and monitoring the daily operation and expansion of the assisted living service packages, as well as managing Personal Assistants to provide high quality services to service users. You will also support service administration where required.
Successful candidate would possess qualification at Level 6 or higher such as QQI Supervisory Management Skills, BA in Social Care or other suitable professional qualification in any of the following disciplines: Business Management, Occupational Therapist, Nursing, Community Work, General Management, or similar, combined with at least 1 year of previous experience in the areas of training or facilitation.
