This position is seen as an integral part of our growth strategy. The Bid and Solutions Manager will take a lead role in directly supporting the bid teams in Belfast and Dublin. The role will require the candidate to be experienced in both driving and building, complex, soft and hard FM solutions for bid projects. Responsibilities: A priority responsibility for designing Total FM solutions. Direct control and management of large strategic bids. Provide expert input to the bid teams in their preparation of Bids, Proposals, and Quotations, PQQs and Expressions of Interest and their presentation to senior management. Work with the operations teams to develop efficient and innovative technical solutions. Work with Finance and Commercial department to ensure that costs and prices are captured in an approved and traceable way; develop costing and pricing models to assist. Work with Business Development and Commercial to agree the sub-contracting strategy for each major bid.
Skills Requirements
Education/Experience: University degree in Business / Facilities Services or a related discipline 5 years proven commercial marketing or Bid Management experience to include a clear understanding of Bid Management processes, including pre-proposal planning, strategy development as well as overall proposal project management. Professional Project Management qualification desirable. Experience in managing virtual teams. Commercial accumen.
