Billing Administrator – Contract Services Ltd – Co. Dublin


An exciting opportunity has arisen in Contract Services for a billing officer. The successful candidate will join our busy team in the Dublin Office. You will be required to carry out the following duties – Collate paperwork to present to Accounts for billing and ensuring each closed job is sent to Accounts in a timely manner. Acounts dept liaison. Ensuring that each clients paperwork needs are met and adhered to. Updating internal systems on a daily, weekly, monthly basis. Cross referencing time sheets. Weekly reporting on van stock use and costs per engineer. Weekly system cleansing, closing down open jobs. Answering phones and call logging. The successful candidate should possess the following antributes – Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Effective time management for high productivity. Ability to work in high pressured environment. Efficient and accurate reporting skills. Ability to multi task. Work on your own initiative and provide support to team mates. Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role. Ability to resolve discrepancies and problem solving.
