Chief Executive Officer – Suas Educational Development

Suas Educational Development is an Irish educational charity. We believe all people should be valued equally and our aim is to see children in disadvantaged settings in Ireland and internationally realise their rights and achieve their full potential. Our mission is to transform the lives of children in disadvantaged settings through education.

We support the delivery of quality education in disadvantaged (DEIS) schools in Ireland and in informal, community schools in India, Kenya and Zambia. In Ireland we also contribute to a wider enabling environment through our global citizenship work – raising awareness of young people in third level education about issues of inequality and injustice and mobilising people to take action – including through volunteering and mentoring in partner schools.

We are at an exciting stage in our development and are looking for a CEO to lead the team as it builds on its achievements in Ireland and pilots exciting technology enabled learning overseas.
