Community Health Project Vacancies (CAWT CoH-Sync Project) – Donegal Local Development

DLDC deliver
the Interreg VA project Community Health Synchronisation (CoH-Sync). Its aim is to support the health and well-being of individuals in County Donegal. The CoH-Sync Project wishes to reach those in communities who are most at risk of poor health and generally do not make use of health improvement services.

This Project focuses
on early intervention /prevention, and addresses:
Physical activity / Nutrition / Smoking Cessation / Alcohol Misuse / Mental Health Resilience / Health Literacy
The successful candidates will work from a base in County Donegal and will implement the project on the ground in the North Donegal Health Hub.
