Corporate Development Executive – Temple Street Foundation

Primary Purpose of the Role
You will be an invaluable member of the Corporate fundraising team, personally account managing a small portfolio of relationships, providing support on a range of partnerships and working on our biggest corporate fundraising event Techies4TempleStreet.

Key Responsibilities
Account Management
Manage a portfolio of current corporate supporters to ensure retention and maximize lifetime value
Meet annual income targets for corporate partnerships, within budget, and deliver on all KPIs

New Business
Donor research and prospect development
Develop proposals and a range of targeted donor propositions for the Corporate Development team

Event Operations – Techies4TempleStreet
Undertake all administration for the annual Techies4TempleStreet treasure hunt
Recruit teams via telephone and email marketing campaigns
Be first point of contact for teams and sponsors
Create Merchandise for the event and liaise with key suppliers
Maintain the event website and all social media platforms: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn
Provide administrative support and undertake any relevant work delegated by the Corporate Development Manager

Person Specification
At least 2 years’ experience within a charity or account management experience
Educated to third level or equivalent
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organization skills
Excellent attention to detail
Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Copy writing skills an advantage
Good understanding of the charity sector and the codes of best practice in fundraising and governance
Must have a flexible approach and a commitment to solution based working
Work during weekends, evenings and unsociable hours may be required occasionally
Enthusiasm and passion for the mission and vision of the Temple Street Foundation
