Customer Service Administrator – Advance Pitstop – Dublin 12

Description

Job Purpose: You will be tasked with providing a full Customer Service to the Fleet team and their Customers; responsible for key accounts ensuring POs, invoices etc. are processed in line with the procedures/deadlines. Key Tasks Required: Manage a small portfolio of major accounts; Provide satisfactory solutions to customer requirements; daily/weekly and monthly reporting; Responsible Dealing with Fleet regarding invoices; Support the Fleet team. Essential Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Service similar role; Excellent PC and keyboard skills inclusive of Excel and Word; Excellent English both Verbal and Written; Excellent Analytical skills; Must be self-motivated have enthusiasm and commitment; Must have a strong customer focus with good attention to detail and problem solving skills; An appreciation of Customer requirement and an ability to work on your own initiative is key.
