Description

Front office administrator required for busy Killarney garage, duties to include taking customer bookings, running daily reports, data entry, paperwork processing, cash handling, answering phones,database management, dealing with the public and other administrative tasks as they arise. Strong computers skills are essential. An ability to learn new skills quickly and an affinity to dealing with the public is also desired. Ideal candidate will be comfortable in working in conjunction with a number of departments and will be able to use initiative in problem solving.
