To ensure that all food should be prepared fresh and served hot.
To ensure that the manager is kept up to date as to stock levels so as to avoid any stocks running low/empty.
To maintain a clean environment and to thoroughly clean all surfaces daily, and clean the following at least once per week:
To observe all Health and Safety policies.
A proven commitment to treating people with dignity and respect.
Excellent communication skills.
A can do attitude is essential in this role.
Work as part of a Team
HACCP training would be advantageous.
