Health / Safety Officer – Bilfinger Ireland – Dublin 14

Description

Administrative support to the HSEQ Manager including data entry, document production, photocopying and general support. Conduct HSEQ Audits and investigations as required. Preparation of PowerPoint presentations for meetings when required, prepare and deliver training as required including Tool Box Talks. Collecting, analysing and reporting on accident information and HSEQ Audits and H&S inspection programme results. Produce reports (Board reports, H&S Committee) working alongside Contracts Managers. Manage action plans and provide updates to the HSEQ Manager. Enter HSEQ data (e.g. Training Records, incident and near miss reporting, etc.) into online systems. Administration of online training system. Assisting in generating and documenting of Incident reporting Investigation. Data entry into relevant systems regarding incident data, management systems documents, insurance certificates, and subcontractor documentation. Scheduling HSEQ training and HSEQ employee inductions.

Skills Requirements

Recognised Qualification in Health & Safety. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. Effective team player with proven ability to develop relationships with project Stakeholders. Knowledge of integrated management systems. Experience of providing similar support in a previous role.
