Working with Senior Management team to ensure smooth running of Cork Engineering office. Required to work in a confidential environment. Focus on delivering key HR services and responsibilities. Keep up to date with employment legislation, co-ordinate recruitment process, performance review process, track training, maintain HRIS, liaise with payroll. Provide reception cover, process expenses, invoices, arrange shipments, order stationery. Educated to degree level or equivalent. CIPD accreditation – not essential. 2-3 years experience in a similar office based role. Computer Literate using Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
