of the role will include, providing expertise and support to the CEO assisting with all general HR, recruitment, training, strategy and policy development; overseeing all aspects of HR compliance and ensure positive employee engagement; providing comprehensive HR support and advice to both managers and employees; working closely with the CEO to drive HR initiatives and improvements; assisting the Finance Manager with payroll and benefit administration; constantly reviewing processes and procedures in a pro-active manner and implement improvements as required in line with best practice and employment law; working in a culturally competent manner and include culturally competency in all work that is delivered. Integrate cultural competency in all training and directions with staff.
This is a part-time position of 20 hours a week. Work hours are flexible
The salary will be as per HSE Clerical Grade VII pay-scale, commensurate with qualifications and experience
