Human Resources Manager – Protential Group International – Dublin 2


Deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business. Assist Line Managers in implementing policies & procedures. Prepare Staff Handbooks/Contracts. Analysing training needs in conjunction with Line Managers. Identify and implement improved processes and ways of working to improve the efficiency and quality of services delivered to the business. Responsibility to ensure legal compliance with all Employment Law Legislation Responsibility to ensure a high level of safety awareness within the company and among its employees. Responsibility to ensure that the company is compliant with all Health and Safety legislation relevant to its operation and to keep the company updated on Health and Safety Legislation. Lead in Company/Union negotiations. Employee Relations: Proactively drive, support and advise the site teams on day-to-day staff issues including employment law, disciplinary.

Skills Requirements

Bachelor s degree in business, Human Resources or related field required. 5+ years in human resources leadership. Manufacturing experience preferably in Union environment. CIPD qualified. Strong knowledge of H&S Legislation. Personally credible. Expert in both HR and commercial issues, and takes a professional approach. Skilled Influencer. Able to gain commitment from different quarters in order to benefit the organisation.
