Office Administrator – Allied Recycling – Co Westmeath


This job involves continuous interaction with the general public in a variety of methods including face-to-face, over the phone and via email. You will be required to resolve issues or suggest suitable alternatives in a friendly and calm manner. You should possess the following: Good communication skills; Like working as part of a team; Well-presented, polite and tactful; Handle complaints in a calm manner; Good IT and numeracy skills; Friendly personality; Good customer service skills; Good organisational and multitasking skills. Leaving cert essential. Proficient in MS office systems with excellent knowledge of MS Excel Word and outlook. Previous experience in similar role advantage.
