Job Description: 1.Report on a daily basis to the Administration Team Leader 2.Ensure all documentation relating to goods for dispatch is accurate. 3.Create Day sheets for all outgoing / distribution loads as directed and double check dockets against Day sheets. 4.Update the pallet counts daily on the system. 5.Check all Purchases Orders Dockets from daily distribution and confirm on to system. (Goods In) 6.Prepare all documentation for return to supplier by post or truck. (Goods In) 7.Liaise closely with Warehouse Team Leaders with regard to incoming manifest / dockets and outgoing dockets 8.Liaise closely with Clients on any queries with dockets / Purchases Order Dockets. 9. Carry out daily debrief ensuring that all dockets and stock are checked and dockets are scanned.10.Check Uplifts documentation and stock and record details. 11.Create specific reports as requested by your Team Leader. This job will be initially be 3 days a week (training) for a period of time.
