Office Administrator – Foy & Co Ltd – Co Donegal

Description

Responsibilities include till reconciliations, banking, setting up stock on EPOS system, recording deliveries on EPOS system, reconciling supplier invoices to deliveries, reports, & general office duties. Will be required to report to store manager & financial accountant. Ability to work to deadlines & excellent knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word are all essential. Experience of working with EPOS stock system would be preferable but not essential as training will be given.
