Description

Manager providing full PA support to the Directors & Diary Management, the maintenance and running of an efficient well organised office & client files, responsible for dealing with all incoming calls professionally. Management of all company insurance, pp Production & postage of marketing involving mail merges- E-tenders/AIS/CIS/Accounts/Payroll/Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable using TAS BOOKS. PAYE/P35L/RCT/VAT- monthly & annual returns, Weekly payroll using Thesaurus Payroll, Maintaining weekly labours record CWPS pensions. Property Management of 40 residential properties, & management of commercial properties- maintenance/leases/auctioneers/tenants, Annual Management accounts for commercial lettings, fleet Management of commercial vehicles- DOE/TAX/Servicing/Insurance renewals, Tender ProcessingProcessing tender documents to meet deadlines, gathering of prices from suppliers/sub contractors, gathering & printing of drawings.

Skills Requirements

Ideal Candidate ability to prioritise work requirements, Microsoft Office and TAS Books Proficient, Work to deadlines / work on your own initiative & under pressure, Would need to be confident, mature, enthusiastic, proactive, flexible & professional in your approach to work, Should be able to combine good interpersonal skills with an ability to pay attention to detail, experience in the construction or engineering industry would be an advantage, experience in EFT and and RCT/ROS required.
