The Pharmacy Store Manager is responsible for the operations of their Store; ensuring that a professional and confidential level of customer care is provided at all times by them and their team to meet the commercial requirements, targets and ethical standards of the organisation. Roles & Responsibilities Drives revenue through knowledge and focuses team on key initiatives to achieve retail targets Ensures effective management of store operating, staff and ancillary costs Develops selling skills and knowledge of their team on new and existing products and initiatives Maximises sales through up-selling, merchandising and store layout Creates and maintains a culture of customer engagement through self-example while setting a high customer service standard Encourages staff professionalism when assisting with customers concerns and/or complaints

Skills Requirements

Skills Required Retail Management experience required Pharmacy experience an advantage, but not essential Pharmacy Technician qualification an advantage, but not essential Effective influencing, leadership and negotiation skills Ability to coach and mentor team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Analysing and problem-solving skills Strong time management skills
