Requirements :
A Third Level qualification in Early Childhood Care & Education or equivalent –QQI Level 7 is desirable
A minimum of 2 years working in supervisory position with pre-school children post qualification
A thorough working knowledge of current regulations and best practice in the early years
Ability to develop and sustain high quality practice within the centre
Previous track record in supervising a staff team
Good organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to team work
Ability to complete funding agency returns (ECCE,CCS, CETS)
A commitment to work from and understanding of community development principles
Salary: The salary is dependent on qualifications and experience.
