Answer incoming telephone calls, determine the purpose of calls and forward calls to appropriate personnel and departments; greet visitors/guests professionally; prepare correspondence, mail, messages and courier deliveries; schedule appointments and provide a PA service to the nursing homes Director of Nursing.The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a range of administrative duties and carrying out other ad hoc tasks; work with the management team, colleagues and residents. Requirements;Ability to deal with people in a friendly efficient manner & maintain a professional image. Must be enthusiastic, flexible, courteous & focused on providing a high standard of service. Ability to work in busy environment; excellent oral & written English & time management skills & must be able to work on own initiative & as part of a team. Must have at least 2 years experience in front office reception in the healthcare sector. Experience in customer services is desirable.
