The Role: Work with the company CCTV Coordinator to support operations and ensure the highest standards of HSE are maintained across the Company. Duties: Provide administrative support to the CCTV Coordinator and other departments. Review all CCTV footage following completion of surveys and highlight defects for repair, these are to be raised on CRM and assigned to the Rehab department. Tendering & costing small to large projects received by e-mail or otherwise. Control, maintain and update Health, Safety and Environmental Management System Documentation. Input incident details to internal database. Monitor safety Equipment and update internal records. Source suppliers, establish costs for various services. Assist in the design and delivery of training including H&S induction for all new starters. Prepare method statements and conduct risk assessments. Deputise in the CCTV department when requested.
