Description

Main duties & responsibilities: Sales: -Creating and processing of quotations -Order Management -Project Validation paperwork -CRM Maintenance -Creation & amendment of customers, pricing, material -Controlling reports Purchasing: -Purchase orders -Creation & amendment of vendors, pricing, material -Stock control -Vendor Review. -Ensuring all information on the systems is accurate and up to date. -Dealing with queries and processing requests in a timely manner through phone and email.

Skills Requirements

Essential Competencies: -Ability to communicate in English effectively with colleagues and customers in writing, by telephone, and in personal contact. -Effective team working, with good time management skills. -Ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute within deadlines. Education & Experience: -Working knowledge of SAP. -Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages. -Have good written skills, with accuracy and attention to detail.
