They are currently recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator for their European Head Office in Kilkenny. Key Duties will include: Manage upkeep of Sage CRM for full end-to-end sales process (leads, contacts, opportunities, post-close customer success); Perform system administrator function of the Sage CRM application. Responsible for maintaining functional areas of contacts / relationship, accounts, opportunities, dashboards and reports; Develop and create customized reports and dashboards; Pro-actively identify areas of improvement and functional gaps in existing systems and Sage CRM setup; Ensure cleanliness of sales pipeline; Work with renewal reps and sales managers.
To qualify: 2+ years working in a business analysis, sales or similar role within IT or Finance; Understanding of CRM and customer care systems management; Advantage if previous experience Sage CRM(or Salesforce) / SQL Server / Qlikview; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Excellent Excel skills; Excellent communication with high level of English; Quick learner with proven ability to operate in a fluid, fast-paced environment; Education Diploma or Degree level.
