Applications are sought from individuals who have a third level qualification in Social Care, Health & Social Care, Social work, Nursing or other relevant health qualification and a proven track record of providing person centred care. Experience of working with people with an intellectual disability and/or persons with a dual diagnosis is essential. Ideally experience of mental health support, as well as a working knowledge of Person Centred and Behavioural Support Planning within an adult’s residential service is desired. Successful applicants will be required to work with house co-ordinators and provide cover in their absence. Flexibility and ability to work weekends and unsociable hours as required is essential.
