Customer Service Officer – Genzyme – Waterford

Description

The candidate will gain practical experience in a busy customer service role dealing with wholesalers, pharmacy s, hospitals and gain a good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry. The customer service role will involve training in the following areas: – Interacting with Customers internally and externally on a daily basis. – Managing all areas of the distribution process with our distributor. – Monitoring Sales of our portfolio on a daily basis. – Daily filing of reports and documentation. – Reviewing KPI trends and implementing process improvements. – Training on sales and distribution module in SAP.

Skills Requirements

Excellent telephone manner. Ability to communicate well with customers. Self-starter with drive and enthusiasm. Highly organised with the ability to work efficiently and own initiative. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft office. Knowledge of SAP computer package.
