We are currently seeking applications for an experienced and competent administrator to join our team; Responsibilities: Acting as point of contact for incoming calls and e mails from Customers and End Users. Processing orders, invoices & credit notes for export & domestic market. Dealing with customer after sales service queries and liaising with other departments with a view to resolving these queries. Responding to brochure and sample requests. Providing support to external sales team. Skills and Experience: Need to work as an effective member of the team and independently when required. Must have excellent communication skills. Must be friendly, positive, self-motivated, adaptable and hard working. Applicants must be computer literate and have experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Experience with Intact IQ software desirable. Training will be provided.
