Senior Sales Advisor – Liverpool F C – Dublin 1

This role will focus on the following key areas: â?¢ Contributing to the storeâ??s performance by proactively engaging customers through the Clubâ??s retail offers and promotions â?¢ Providing customer care and service â?? answering general customer queries; personally showcase our merchandise to customers and demonstrate product knowledge to customers and provide advice on their selection and/or suggest alternatives, where appropriate â?¢ Operating a till: processing cash and card payments, managing refunds and cashing-up â?¢ Replenishing stock in accordance with merchandising standards â?¢ Assisting with the management of stock levels and making key decisions about stock control â?¢ Sharing ideas and suggestions with store colleagues to initiate changes to help store performance â?¢ Escalating and reporting any store related issues to the Store Management team â?¢ Fully understanding and complying with Health & Safety/ Security procedures and raising any issues with Store Management

Skills Requirements

The successful candidate will have prior retail/customer service experience, ideally gained within a fashion and/or sports retail business. You will have excellent knowledge of retail operations and will have strong team leader skills, which are underpinned by a strong work ethic. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and self-motivated, with strong interpersonal and service delivery skills who can build strong working relationships with colleagues within the Club as well as with our customers. You will also need to be professional and credible, with an ability to use your initiative and prioritise an often conflicting workload. Your excellent numeracy and literacy skills combined with a keen eye for detail and capability to effectively problem solve will be crucial, as are good problem solving, analytical and observational skills.
