We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic person to join our growing business as an Office Administrator. The main responsibilities include: Daily bookkeeping duties (using SAGE) including preparation for VAT returns. Invoicing, Processing Payments from Customers and to our Suppliers, Credit Control. Maintaining and Updating our website when necessary. Providing administrative support to the Sales Team including sourcing new potential customers. General office administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the office (e.g. answering phone, emails, post, printing, filing, scanning, taking deliveries, maintaining office supplies etc

Skills Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in an office environment preferably using SAGE. Proficient in MS Office particularly MS Excel & MS Word. Outstanding customer service. Strong administration and organisational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. An ability to work on own initiative.
