Accounts Administrator – Dublin – Bluestone Facilities

Description
Process invoices for a high volume of transactions; Deal with suppliers and customer payments and sales order processing; Follow up with any customer queries in a professional and timely manner; Filing and the administration of records; Maintain and update Excel system; Prepare monthly balance sheet, bank reconciliation, reports; Budget forecast, P&L reports; Annual reports; Submittal of VAT, P30, RCT etc; Weekly payroll; General accounts office administration duties; Other admin duties as required (phone calls, emails, interacting with customers etc.). 7-10 years of experience as an Accounts Admin. Experience using payroll software. Excellent knowledge of Sage 50. Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel. Excellent English communication skills (both oral and written. Experience with RCTs.
