Accounts assistant required for ambitious SME based in south county Dublin. Company operates in the telecommunications sector. Duties will include; 1) Accounts payable and receivable 2) Credit control 3) Bank & cash reconciliations 4) Payroll & tax returns 5) Preparation of ad hoc reports 5) Provide general administrative support to the accounts department. The ideal candidate will have the following attributes; 1) Excellent PC skills – highly proficient in MS Word & Excel 2) Experienced in use of accounting & payroll software packages 3) Positive team player 4) Great attention to detail with excellent administrative & organisational skills 5) Minimum 2 years accounts experience
