Accounts Payable Administrator – Merchants Quay Ireland

MQI are currently seeking a Part Time Accounts Payable Administrator, in our Finance Department Head Office, Merchants Quay.

The ideal candidate for the post will have:
1 to 2 years administration experience.
An understanding of accounts in relation to the role of Accounts Payable.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office packages with superior excel skills.
Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail is paramount.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong team player.
Ability to adapt, multitask and be flexible.
Excellent time management, planning and organising skills.
Personal accountability, discretion and integrity.
Fluency in English.

The role is a part time position, 19.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday from 11am – 3pm and Friday from 11am – 2:30pm.

Salary for this role will be €11,154 per annum based on a 19.5hr per week.
