VACANCY

Job Title: Administration Assistant

Ref. Number: AA/NB/AUG15

Type of Contract: Fixed Term Contract for 3 Months

Number of Hours: 37 hours per week

Location: Newbridge Respite Centre

This role will provide an administrative service, specifically around roster planning and payroll processing for Newbridge Cheshire. This includes leave planning, managing toil and working within an agreed budget. It is critical that when undertaking your work with people who use Cheshire services that you do so in a manner that is consistent with Cheshire Ireland’s values.

The successful incumbent will have:        

A minimum of at least 2 years experience in a similar role.
You will be computer literate with excellent Excel skills, and will have excellent oral and
written communication skills.
Ideally have experience creating and implemeting admin processes
You will also have the ability to adapt to changing computer technology.
Be aware of the responsibility of presenting the competent front-face of Cheshire Ireland.
Have high standards in the quality of service they provide to other staff and the general public.
Have the initiative and ability to ‘problem-solve’, as required.
Have the capacity to acquire new skills and to apply these to their own work situation.
Be able to communicate effectively with other staff, management and service users.
Be a person who works to the highest ethical standards
Be willing to work outside of normal working hours on occasion.

Salary range: Dependent on Experience
