Applications are invited for the position of Administrative Assistant working from 13.30 – 18.00 Monday – Thursday and to 17.00 on Friday.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Dealing with queries from parents in person or by phone
Recording payments from parents on a daily basis
Updating databases as required
Maintaining secure and confidential storage of child registration forms
Supporting staff with administrative tasks as necessary
Excellent I.T. skills.
Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written) and a full appreciation of the need for strict confidentiality.
Strong Administrative skills
Knowledge of Financial Management would be an advantage.
