Our client a leader in the hospitality industry seeks a dynamic Assistant Restaurant Manager to complete the restaurant team. This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Supervisor who has worked in a reputable 4 or 5 star Hotel looking to make a move into an established Hotel and further their career. Your primary responsibility will be to work with the restaurant manager helping to lead, develop and mentor a restaurant team in both delivering service excellence and motivating staff. The ideal candidate will have previous management experience managing a restaurant and leading a team, ideally in a Hotel environment or in a high end restaurant. Candidates must be based in Ireland with full working status and fluent English.
