The College Secretary will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the College office including supervision of the College s administrative systems, pupil information, daily operations of the College, conveying information regarding College functions, coordinating College activities and projects, and ensuring the College operations are aligned with procedures. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Financial Responsibilities: Collection, counting, and lodging of monies for various events & activities in the College bank account. Assist with collation of invoices, statements, delivery notes in preparation for payment. Prepare the pupils fee accounts and collect all fees. 2. Administrative Responsibilities: Provide support to teachers as required. Organise pupil/parent inductions. Liaise with parents, the community and any contractors. Ordering new stationery and matching of order to receipt of goods and keeping up the stock and accounting for payments/income.
Managing the office filing system. Assisting the Principal with the preparation of various school documents such as memos, letters, minutes and agenda. Manage all pupil data, both electronic and paper based. Be the first point of contact in the College, including receiving visitors and maintaining the visitor log. Manage a range of communication methods such as post, email, fax, and telephone for the College. Ad-hoc duties as required.
