Data Entry Clerk – Wincanton Records Management – Dublin 15

Description

A vacancy has arisen for a Fixed Term Data Entry / Projects Team Member to support a large document management project for approximately 3/6 months. The position will be based in either in Northwest Business Park, Blanchardstown, D15. Reporting to the Data Entry Supervisor. The Role: Scanning, sorting and recording paperwork; Some light lifting required (lifting a box of documents on to a desk); Ensure system and workflow processes are adhered to; Responsible for the integrity and accuracy of information; Complete all necessary database updates and paperwork in a timely manner; Escalate all serious issues to your line manager at the earliest opportunity; Ensure the work area complies with all Health and Safety requirements in line with company procedures. Establish and develop professional attitude, image and method of operation. Maintain supportive, co-operative relationships with everyone with whom interfacing is required. Discretion and Confidentiality is a must for this role.

Skills Requirements

The Person: Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills. Fluent English is essential (spoken and written). Good Typing and Data Entry skills. Scanning experience preferable but not essential. Experience at meeting daily targets. Excellent attendance record required. Flexibility towards working hours and location. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work with minimum supervision. IT Literate especially Microsoft Office – Excel desirable.
