Full time Front Office Receptionist required. Must be fluent in English and have a good knowledge of a computerised reservation system, manage a busy switchboard, deal with advanced reservations, Cash Stream and reservation conversions. Ideal candidate must have good organisational skills, ability to Multi-task, work flexible hours and be Friendly and welcoming to develop a good rapport with Guests. The successful candidate will: Ideally have 2 years experience in a similar role; Be a team player and completely focused on customer service; Have excellent organisational skills; Be fluent in English; Be extremely passionate and confident in sales; Attention to detail and accuracy in their work; Friendly and outgoing personality; Professional manner.
